Due to Heartfully Yours ornaments being handcrafted specifically for each order, we must order and pay in advance of actual delivery dates. For this reason, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.  We are offering pre-sale for the 2024 ornaments so that customers can be sure to get their favorite ornaments. The estimated delivery date is an estimate of when product will be available to ship and is not a guaranteed timeline. Actual ship dates are subject to availability from the manufacturer and when they ultimately deliver the product to us. We will make all efforts to communicate changes in the schedule or product availability as we receive them from the manufacturer. In the event that the manufacturer is unable to fulfill a certain item, you will be informed as soon as possible so you may decide if you would like a refund, store credit or substitution for the unavailable item. Once we receive our shipment from Heartfully Yours, you will be notified. Please allow us time to pack and ship orders once they arrive in our warehouse.
